April handles all daily system operations for telemarketing, email and web-form marketing. She ensures and maintains that all of TLG’s systems are running as designed. She analyzes all data and verifies each system is producing the desired results

Vik came to TLG with over 20 years experience in the Telemarketing and BPO-ITES industry

Vik became Business Director and Special Assistant to the owner in Feb 2023

Vik supervises many system functions and helps implement improvements

Executive Assistant: Gemma Briones

Gemma and another TM agent Maria were the first two people hired when Mike and Randy started ALGS in 2015

Gemma is now Mike’s right-hand person who handles many customer relations

Gemma is also the Calendaring Manager who oversees all urgent appointments and customer alerts

Gemma is simply the oil that makes the TLG machine run smoothly and efficiently day to day

Gemma lives in Malaybalay, Philippines

CEO & Owner: Mike Chartrand

Worked for a major janitorial franchise company in Tampa, Florida. In 9 years average nearly $9,000 in monthly new sales

Started Advanced Lead Generation Systems (ALGS) in 2015 with his friend Randall Martin

Changed name to Team Lead Generation (TLG) in 2019 when Randall departed to take his own janitorial company, Skyline Building Care, nationwide

Opened Team Janitorial Cleaning in 2021 to teach his son Michael how to run a company from the ground up. His son now has a successful Cannabis company called www.gocannect.com in Albuquerque, NM

Led TLG to its best year in sales with 1.2 million in 2022

Mike is also a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) who travels around the Country with his amazing and beautiful wife Michelle who is a Registered Nurse (RN). They began this journey during the start of Covid in 2020 and continue to this day working for hospitals across the USA

Mike lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife Michelle and they have a combined family with 4 adult children
